  • Responsible Lending, Online - 2 hours (4 hour course; 2 hours ethics, 2 hours federal laws)
2. 2 hours of Ethics including:
  • Responsible Lending, Online (4 hour course; 2 hours ethics, 2 hours federal laws)
3. 4 hours of Virginia state specific law including:
  • Virginia Mortgage Lending Laws, Online - 4 hours
 These courses are approved by various states for Continuing Education credit. Call for details.

Please Note:
  • These courses can be taken from any computer with internet access.
  • The courses do not have to be completed all in one sitting, on the same day or on the same computer.
  • As long as the registrant is logged in and interacting with the courses their time will be recorded,
    regardless of where or when they are taking them.
  • There can be only one user per paid registration.

Abacus Mortgage Training requests and retains personal information only for the purpose of reporting
to the State for compliance purposes, and for our internal use when communicating with you.
Only senior staff has access to your social security number. Your credit card number is NOT retained
in our database; it is transmitted encrypted to the bank during the transaction and we
then discard it. In the case of mailed-in or faxed-in forms, we never capture check or credit card information
into our permanent database. In no case is your personal information ever shared, sold, given or otherwise
exposed to anyone outside of senior staff at Abacus Mortgage Training. We consider treatment of your
information a serious matter, and protect your privacy at all times.
