Two important deadlines!
Attention All NC Licensees! 

This year’s license renewal is a two step process:
Step 1 - Transition
Step 2 - Renewal 

Whether you are licensed as a broker, banker or loan officer in NC you must transition your information by logging on to the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System. Until September 30th, there is no cost to make this transition. October 1st, you will be required to pay to transition into the new database.

Who is supposed to be licensed? 

With increased regulatory oversight, are you sure your organization is in compliance?
Did you know, anyone who receives compensation based upon the closing of a loan or even discusses the terms of a loan with a borrower, must be licensed?
We only have until September 30th to get a license with only 8 hours of education. After that, we'll need 24 hours.
Do you know anyone who might be out of compliance?
